By creating a Domvio account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Domvio provides property management tools for landlords and tenants in India, including rent collection, payment tracking, maintenance management, and related features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into Domvio, including tenant details and rent amounts. You must not use Domvio for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable Indian laws.
Domvio facilitates rent payments through Razorpay. Transaction fees apply as described in our pricing page. Domvio is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds or bank issues.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. The first 100 landlords receive 6 months free under our Founder's Special offer.
Domvio is not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, missed rent payments, or property damage. The platform is a tool to facilitate communication and payments only.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings.
